The 2021 IEEE 9th International Conference on Information, Communication and Networks (ICICN 2021) was successfully held in Xi'an hybirdly from November 25-28, 2021.
ICICN is organized by IEEE, Shaanxi Normal University, China, co-organized by Xi`an Jiaotong University, China, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, Xi`an University of Posts & Telecommunications, China, technical supported by Macau University of Science and Technology, China, Xi'an University of Technology, China, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, Shaanxi University of Science & Technology, China, and Liaocheng University, China
11月26至28日,“2021年第九届国际信息,通信与网络会议( 2021 IEEE 9th International Conference on Information and Communication Networks, ICICN)”在西安天骊君廷大酒店隆重举行。本次会议是由IEEE传感与系统中国专业委员会主办,陕西师范大学承办,西安交通大学、西北工业大学、西安邮电大学协办的系列性国际学术会议。来自加拿大韦仕敦大学、新加坡南洋理工大学、韩国成均馆大学、日本名古屋工业大学、日本情报通信研究机构、塞内加尔达喀尔联邦理工学院、希腊马其顿大学、摩洛哥伊本·佐尔大学、巴基斯坦苏比利尔大学、香港中文大学、北京大学、清华大学、南方科技大学、西湖大学、中国科学院北京物理研究所、大连化学物理研究所、西安光学精密机械研究所、天津大学、武汉大学、华中科技大学、国防科技大学、华南理工大学等几十所世界各地科研院所和高校的286名专家学者参加了会议。会议以线下和线上交流相结合的形式进行。

会议开幕式于26日上午在主会场西安天骊君廷大酒店举行。陕西师范大学党委常委、物理学与信息技术学院院长李贵安,科学技术处处长唐三一,国际交流与合作处副处长李坤,物理学与信息技术学院党委书记辛向仁,以及物理学与信息技术学院其他相关领导参加了开幕式。开幕式由本次会议主席、陕西师范大学物理学与信息技术学院教授郑海荣教授主持。
开幕式上,IEEE美国光电子学会全球副主席、南方科技大学讲座教授沈平教授代表“2021 IEEE 9th ICICN”委员会,陕西师范大学党委常委、物理学与信息技术学院院长李贵安代表承办单位致欢迎辞,本次会议副主席、物理学与信息技术学院李晓辉教授介绍了此次会议筹备和组织情况。李贵安教授代表会议承办方对各位专家学者的莅临表示热烈欢迎。他介绍,陕西师范大学作为教育部直属、世界一流学科建设高校,被誉为“教师的摇篮”,物理学与信息技术学院作为学校的主干学院,在光学及光学工程、声学、凝聚态物理、理论物理、原子与分子物理等领域具有悠久的发展历史,在人才培养和科学研究方面取得了诸多重要成果。同时,对国内外同行和各界朋友的支持与帮助表示真诚感谢。沈平教授在致辞中,对参会代表和精心筹办会议的组委会及参会人员表达衷心的感谢。他指出,尽管由于疫情防控原因,此次会议组织遇到了很多困难,但在承办方的不懈努力和各位参会人员的积极配合和支持下终于顺利召开。会议为该领域研究者提供了一个理想的交流研讨平台,对于促进跨学科和国际合作与交流、加强国内外同行探索交流具有重要意义。
会议学术交流以大会主题报告、邀请报告、口头报告及墙报展示交流等形式进行。在主题报告阶段,中国科学院物理所魏志义教授、加拿大西安大略大学,加拿大工程院院士王现斌教授、北京大学宋令阳教授,西湖大学Alexey Kavokin教授、香港中文大学John C. S. Lui教授和清华大学高飞飞教授等分别做了非常精彩的报告交流。
会议期间,与会专家围绕5G和6G无线通信、未来的互联网与网络和对等安全网络的入侵,检测和预防、光通信和网络、超快光子学光电器件、光学传感器、高级光学成像(AOI)、基于光纤的设备和应用、二维材料光子学、光电子器件等研究领域作特邀报告并进行交流。本次大会设立六个分会场,分为18个主题,为参会的代表了解科技前沿成果、企业技术需求,推动科技成果转化提供了平台。
