* Manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages and at most 10 pages.

* For one author, you can submit at most 5 papers.

* Notification letter will be mailed before or on Notification date. If you want to check paper statue in advance, please mail icicn_conference@163.com
* Please send the final paper with word and pdf, payment proof, scanned student ID to icicn_conference@163.com to finish the registration.
